For over 50 years, Ival V. Goslin (1911-1991) worked in water resources. This collection contains records from throughout his career. The bulk of the collection contains records from the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority where Goslin served as the first executive director and later as a consultant. Abstract
Glen D. Schlueter is a retired stormwater engineer who worked for the City of Fort Collins (Colorado) Stormwater Utility for 28 years. He participated in the Stormwater Utility's response to the July 28, 1997, Spring Creek flood event and its aftermath. The collection contains materials collected by Schlueter related to the flood. Materials include newspaper articles, newsletters, technical documents, reports, phone records of emergency calls, VHS tapes, and a DVD.
